Energize your career at Exelon! </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">Position will lead security change management, communications and training activities, to include developing and executing a comprehensive communications strategy which supports and enables CISS business plan initiatives and the security policy lifecycle. Provides functional oversight of security communications, awareness and training. Provides for effective change coordination and communication with applicable stakeholders and decision makers. Ensure personnel are informed, involved, engaged in the development of new security policies and procedures, and prepared as changes occur. Facilitates and improves CISS collaboration and information sharing across all Business Units. Helps to raise awareness and instill personnel with the skillsets to perform the necessary control activities. Works closely with Corporate Communications for enterprise-wide security communications. Partners with change management, communications and training teams across BSC and OpCo�s to execute the security change management strategy. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">The individual within the role should be a strategic, critical thinker who is able to: � Effectively translate business strategy into practical organizational change, communication, and training strategies </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Effectively manage relationships within the matrixed organization </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Resolve and coordinate complex issues associated with driving security change within CISS and across Exelon </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Proactively advocate for and work to ensure adequate organizational change funding and resources to support CISS programs and projects </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Serve as a conduit of the security change management and communications function to cascade important messaging and ensure awareness and readiness for change </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Support governance activities within CISS as well as across the organization This position reports to Sr. Manager, Security Strategy, CISS and works closely with CISS VPs and senior leaders </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">1 Strategic Partner to CISS Leadership and Project Teams </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Serve as central point of contact for all change, communication, and training work, liaising with security project / program sponsor </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Build strong relationships with CISS leaders to become a trusted advisor with the goal of helping the CISS organization achieve its strategic objectives and meet their complex change and communication needs, enterprise-wide impacts, and scope </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Maintain portfolio view of all change, communication, and training initiatives across CISS </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">2 Change Strategy and Design </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Lead the development and execution of the CISS change management, communications and training strategy </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Work with CISS leadership and project managers to identify change management resource needs and guidance </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Facilitate planning and estimation of change management staffing and budget </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Lead staffing efforts to align change, communications, and training resources to programs and projects </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">3 Change, Communication and Training Program Development and Delivery </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Oversee change, communications, training and resource(s) for programs and projects for Corporate & Information Security </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Stay current with communications methods and technologies and recommend use as appropriate </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Ensure effective utilization of change management methodology and tools </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">4 Metrics, Reporting, and Governance </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Oversee the progress of security change management, training and awareness programs and projects </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Develop and monitor change management and training performance metrics and share with stakeholders </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Mitigate program and projects issues and risks as needed </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Participate as CISS Functional Area Manager (FAM) for Security Training & Awareness governance area. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">5 Continuous Improvement </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Partner across CISS teams and key partner organizations to refine the change management and communications strategy, methodology, workstreams, and components as needed </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">� Support internal business operations best practices & research </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">6 Other organizational change, communication, and training related tasks as required</p>
