This includes accurately forecasting labor and non-labor expenses to meet future staffing, support, and project demands. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Oversee compliance of IT and Project controls to mitigate or prevent risk exposure. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">POSITION SCOPE<br>- Total Staff Managed: 10 to 20 � includes employees and contractors<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Budget Managed: $2M-$3M<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Position leads the following functions: Retail Gas Systems Development and Production Support<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Reports to:  Director IT - Retail, Commercial IT</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- This position will lead the Retail Transformation � Gas Systems Development, as well as Retail Gas Systems Production Support, and will work with the Director IT � Retail, Commercial IT Leadership and Business Leadership to develop and implement the post-transformation gas systems support processes and structure. </p>
