Energize your career at Exelon!</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>Our approach to Organizational Change Management focuses on transitions � helping organizations bridge the gap from current to future state in the quickest and most efficient way.   Our goal is to accelerate the acceptance of change as well as enable the sustainability of the change.   The IT Manager, Training and Learning Enablement will make significant contributions to a broad range of high impact initiatives designed to support the development of leadership excellence and improve the overall effectiveness of the organization.   </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>The Exelon IT Manager, Training and Learning Enablement is part of the Organizational Change Management Office, facilitating the execution of IT Training programs, transformation change, and leader enablement programs that help to ensure the success and effectiveness of talent initiatives as well as employee and leader development within the IT organization.   </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>The IT Manager, Training and Learning Enablement is a Training, Talent, Leadership, and Change leader, responsible for developing and executing training, transformation change, and leader enablement activities for the Organizational Change Management Office, within the IT Office of the CIO.   The IT Manager, Training and Learning Enablement will support the implementation of the IT Transformation Journey activities, Talent strategy and assist with any alignment to the OCM Management Model. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>The IT Manager, Training and Learning Enablement will work with the IT Sr. Manager, Organizational Transformation and other stakeholders to ensure effective training, talent, and change strategies are utilized to help employees transition from the current state to the desired future state of the IT organization.   The IT Manager, Training and Learning Enablement will provide oversight to IT Training team and partner with the IT Communications and Operational Change teams as appropriate. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>The individual within the role should be a strategic, critical thinking who is able to:</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>- Effectively translate business strategy into practical training, talent, leadership, talent management, and change strategies</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>- Effectively manage relationships within the matrixed organization</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>- Ensure leaders and managers have the prerequisite skills to successfully motivate and manage teams</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>- Provide QA reviews of organizational change, talent management, and training strategies for large-scale, transformational IT programs</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">This position reports to the IT Sr. Manager, Organizational Transformation who reports to the Director, Organization Change Management, Office of the CIO. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br> PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">Build strong relationships with IT leaders to become a trusted advisor to the Office of the CIO and IT leaders, providing training, talent, change, and leadership development support with the goal of helping the IT organization achieve its strategic objectives and meet their complex change needs  10%</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">Ensure effective execution of IT Training and process excellence strategies and tactics within the IT organization, developing appropriate metrics and methods of evaluation; support IT Sr. Manager, Organizational Transformation with transformation efforts to ensure Exelon achieves its objectives  10%</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">Talent Optimization and Leader Enablement Support 60%</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>- Maximize leader effectiveness by identifying leadership development training needs and creating strategies to fill gaps; serve as credible and trusted advisor to leaders by building and implementing leading-edge learning and development programs that achieve business goals. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>- Identify training and learning develop needs to support talent gaps; supervise IT Training team</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>- Manage IT LMS reporting, training and upgrades for IT organization as necessary. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>- Leverage knowledge from IT surveys, observation and other inputs to create enterprise-wide reports on employee learning trends; analyze all inputs and recommend effective ways address leadership development for IT leaders as well as IT employees. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>- Identify opportunities for improving leadership and employee performance and accelerating change by fostering skills and capability development to set consistent organizational culture;
