For operations/application maintenance: plan and manage to defined service level agreements and budget<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Develop and implement physical and cyber security governance controls, policies, and frameworks for the Enterprise.   Utilize standard processes as defined within the Management Model.   Oversee process improvement efforts; ensure the effective adoption of standard processes and procedures <br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Establish, maintain, and enhance relationships with business and security partners.   Communicate status to key stakeholders on a regular basis<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Execute end-to-end security risk management activities.   Assess and remediate reputational, financial, and operational risks as well as control gaps, threats, and vulnerabilities potentially impacting business strategies and tactics<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Maintain current business and regulatory knowledge/acumen, including the application of technology solutions, to deliver business results and ensure compliance<br></p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">- Evaluate performance and provide coaching for personnel.   Participate in career development and succession planning processes. Promote diversity and foster teamwork, collaboration, and a learning organization.
