Energize your career at Exelon!<br><br>PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION <br><br><p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><font face="arial, sans-serif"><font size="3">Lead a team of maintenance planners responsible for planning and coordinating labor, material, and other resources to assure timely and cost effective completion of work by respective departments and customers.
All work performed will be in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner in compliance with the company policies, procedures and applicable codes and standards.
Provide direction and technical expertise to team and customers as requested.
Develop scope, plan, and estimates for both outage and non-outage maintenance activities and improvement of projects.
Identifies and evaluates maintenance trends and recommends corrective actions.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES <br>- Leads a team of maintenance planners and is responsible for all supervisory aspects as related to those employees who report to this position<br>- Develops and coordinates short and long term maintenance schedules with all station departments and other external resources.
<br>- Conducts field walkdowns to identify and analyze corrective and preventive maintenance, modification activities.
<br>- Defines procedures, drawings, equipment and materials required to perform planned work packages.
Facilitates package preparation.
<br>- Verifies that work instructions are adequate and in compliance with all applicable company procedures, codes and standards.
<br>- Interfaces with others to identify and resolve work package issues.
<br>- Perform all other duties as assigned.
<br><br>POSITION SPECIFICATIONS <br>Minimum: <br>- BS in engineering or business with 3+ years experience OR <br>- Associates Degree with 8+ years experience and 3+ years exempt-level experience OR <br>- H.
Diploma with 10+ years experience and 5+ years exempt-level experience <br>- Minimum 6 years experience in electrical or mechanical technical field associated with power generation (Nuclear)<br>- Practical working knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations required for a safe work environment <br>- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written <br>- Analytical and problem resolution skills, adaptability to change and strong initiative <br>- Ability to manage multiple projects, establish work priorities and achieve results with minimal supervision <br><br><br><div>Preferred: <br>- Minimum 5 years Work Package Planning Exelon Nuclear Projects/Maintenance</div><br><div>- MS or MBA <br>- PE License <br>- PMI Certification </div><br><div>- Prior supervisory experience<br>- Previous experience with plant modification engineering, design, installation, and testing <br>- Multi-site experience <br>- Multi-departmental experience <br>- Operations experience <br>- Collective bargaining experience<br></div>|
