Energize your career at Exelon!<br><br>PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION <br>An executive assistant (EA) relieves the Executive of administrative type functions in order to increase the time he/she has available for Executive level responsibilities.
The EA may handle a wide variety of situations and responsibilities involving the administrative function of the department.
The EA is responsible for confidential and time sensitive material.
The EA is also familiar with a variety of the Company�s policies, practices, and procedures.
The EA relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
The EA may be required to provide limited assistance to others in the department.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES</p><br><ul><br><li>Handles inquiries from within the department and from other departments and outside vendors, orders office supplies, assists in onboarding/offboarding employees and contractors, arranges for department meals, manages tax department vendor payments and accruals, and performs various other office support functions.
</li><br><li>Provides general office and administrative support to the Executive, including but not limited to, managing calendar, reporting Executive�s time, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and reconciling expenses, and file maintenance.
</li><br><li>Reviews timesheets for Executive�s Direct reports.
</li><br><li>Monitors budget activities and analyzes trends.
</li><br><li>Participates in or handles special projects as appropriate, including planning department events.
