Establish yourself in a place where you can truly shine and create a brighter, more sustainable tomorrow.   Energize your career at Exelon!</p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION<br>The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Analytics Manager is a member of the ERM Strategy and Analytics team.   The ERM Strategy and Analytics team is a responsive and flexible team with unique backgrounds in creating opportunities for senior leadership.   The team�s core purpose is to deliver leading class risk reporting and agenda/content management for senior management and the Board of Directors by being a strategic partner and key enabler both internally within the Risk organization and across the wider enterprise.   Team aims to provide strategic risk solutions, which have the ability to enact change on an analytical, technical and business-oriented basis.   The team enables success in unstructured and complex environments that require concise, complete, timely and actionable results/decisions. </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"> </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">The ERM Analytics Manager will be responsible for structuring, communicating and tracking regular risk reporting for senior management and the Board on risk matters across the enterprise.   Institutionalizing Exelon�s Risk Way risk management framework and products is a key responsibility.   This includes framing the relevant and reliable information upon which to base decisions or actions, systematically identifying key risk drivers, applying frameworks, tools, and analyses, which formulate risk management strategies, and executing on response plans, tracking, and monitoring of residual and emerging risks.   Other responsibilities include: <br>- Supporting corporate departments in all aspects of enterprise risk management, ensuring that market, liquidity, credit, tax, earnings, financing and operational risks are aligned with our strategic objectives and within corporate Risk Appetite limits at both enterprise-wide and individual transaction levels.   <br>- Responsibility for building and maintaining partnerships with corporate managers, participating in risk management workshops, helping to ensure that risk management is embedded across the enterprise, as well as leading and enhancing the process for transaction risk assessment and risk governance approval.   </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">Tools and knowledge relevant to these duties include, but are not limited to, drafting workplans, leading discussions with business leaders and project teams to frame, identify, assess, manage, monitor and respond to risks, conducting risk/reward tradeoff analysis (e. g. , bow ties, decision trees, probabilistic risk assessments, applications of decision analysis/decision quality), and presenting, in both verbal and written form, to ERM leadership and the business.   <br> <br> PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES <br><strong>Reporting</strong><br>Support in the creation, communication and maintenance of regular risk reports for OpCo senior management and the Board, including but not limited to CRO reporting to Exelon�s Risk Management Committee as well as the Finance and Risk Committee of the Board.   </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><strong>Framing</strong><br>Communicate the relevant and reliable information upon which to base decisions or actions (e. g. � strategic purpose & objective, type of decision, time horizon, etc. ). This includes developing depth and expertise in key top enterprise risk categories, the energy industry and markets, and analytical tools, via training, webinars, industry reporting and benchmarking, for the purpose to education and share knowledge and leading practices.   </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><strong>Identification</strong><br>Systematically identify key enterprise risk drivers (e. g. risks to execution of strategy, risk driver type and causes, interconnected & emerging risks) for regular senior management risk reporting as well as transactional level approval processes.   </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><strong>Assessments & Management Strategies</strong><br>Develop and apply frameworks, tools, and analyses that formulate risk management strategies (e. g. � risk vs. return profile, alignment with Risk Appetite, controls & mitigations, etc. ), which are applied to a range of both strategic risk topics and non-standard and/or non-ordinary business investment opportunities.   </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><strong>Monitoring & Respond Plans</strong><br>Report and support the execution of Risk response plans, tracking & monitoring of residual and emerging risks (e. g. � control & mitigation effectiveness, KRIs and exposure thresholds/limits, triggering events and decisions, etc. ).   A key responsibility includes the development, enhancement and rigorous monitoring and communication of Exelon�s Key Risk Indicator dashboards.  </p>
