Monitor, and supervise bargaining unit or non-exempt line employees. Review and assign daily work plans and make adjustments where necessary. Interface with various organizations within Exelon to ensure timely completion of work. Interact with Supply leadership and the lead Supervisor on all warehouse activities. <strong>This Position will spend equal amounts of time supporting the Joliet and Chicago North Warehouse locations. </strong><br> <br>Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies. <br> <br> <br> PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;">              <br>1. Assist area supervisor in directing bargaining unit or non-exempt line employees in day-to-day work activities. Coordinate and evaluate scheduling of work activities.   Schedule overtime when required.  </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>2. Support area supervisor with monitoring bargaining unit or non-exempt line employee�s productivity to maximize performance. Assign work as directed, maintain effective communication with bargaining unit or non-exempt line employees, enhance job skills and motivate employees to ensure Employee Satisfaction.   </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>3. Assist area supervisor in establishing, promoting and maintaining a safe work environment within the department.   </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>4. Assist in the reviewing and monitoring of reports as required (i. e. , daily time sheets, budgets, etc. )  </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>5. Interface with other business units to ensure completion of work and to address concerns timely.   </p><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"><br>6. Interact with union representatives to reduce union / management misunderstandings and resolve labor / management disputes / grievances when directed by area supervisor.   <br> </p>
