This role requires technical sales and/or business development experience, or experience supporting sales. Previous alliance or channel development and management are a plus. Candidate will be responsible for market development, onboarding, re-certifications, standards, and supporting day-to-day management of alliance relationships formed with EME. </div><br><div dir="ltr" align="left"> </div><br><div dir="ltr" align="left"><strong>Market Development & On-Boarding: </strong></div><br><div dir="ltr" align="left"><br></div><br><ul><br><li>Collaborating with the team to identify market needs and trends to ensure adequate market coverage of alliance relationships to support regional and team sales goals. </li><br><li>Responsible as the primary owner of the Alliance Partner onboarding steps and activities. Interfaces with prospective partners, contract admin, legal, EHS, credit, operations, and sales to ensure a successful onboarding experience. </li><br><li>Engage at the "C" suite level of prospective partners to understand their business model, share Constellation�s value proposition and identify the synergy opportunity. </li><br><li>Create Alliance Partner business profiles and validate business cases for prospective partners. </li><br><li>Screen prospective partners to ensure they meet expectations of Constellation�s partnership model, terms and contracts. </li><br><li>Responsible for identification and execution of re-certification of partners. Work with appropriate internal and external stakeholders to identify and address deviation from expected performance. </li><br><li>Establish regular phone and email contact with Alliance Partners to increase presence, obtain feedback, and ensure that Constellation is meeting expectations. </li><br><li>Analyze customer experience surveys and support customer and Alliance Partner contact to improve satisfaction levels. </li><br><li>Where necessary work with marketing and sales to support co-marketing and branding initiatives. <br><font color="#3c3c3c" size="1" face="Arial"><font color="#3c3c3c" size="1" face="Arial"><font color="#3c3c3c" size="1" face="Arial"><font size="3">May provide support as needed with project and opportunity management; interface with partners and sales to establish information needed to generate proposals and contracts. </font></li></ul><br><p style="MARGIN-BOTTOM:0px;MARGIN-TOP:0px;"></font></font></font> </p><br><div dir="ltr" align="left"><strong>Standards:</strong> </div><br><div dir="ltr" align="left"><br></div><br><ul><br><li>Upholds standard operating procedures for qualifying and on-boarding Alliance Partners associated with EME. </li><br><li>Maintains daily the Alliance Partner database. Identifies and implements improvements to database and reporting. </li><br><li>Maintains document control with marketing, sales, EHS, and operations for Alliance Partner Playbook and all associated training sessions documents. </li><br><li>Maintains and updates existing process documents.
