    Exelon offers a variety of medical plan choices, including Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs) and Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs). The company offers a dental PPO and a dental maintenance organization (DMO) that emphasize preventive care. The Vision Plan can help you pay for vision exams and basic expenses. Exelon also offers spouse, dependent, and domestic partner health benefits.

We match certain of your contributions each pay period and you may also be eligible for a profit sharing match when the company meets certain performance goals. You may also be eligible to participate in a pension plan.

    Life Insurance & Disability Coverage

    Exelon provides life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage. You may also have the option to purchase supplemental insurance coverage for you, your spouse and/or your children. Short-term and long-term disability coverage help protect your income if you are unable to work.

    The Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) enables eligible employees to share in the value we create as a business. It provides an opportunity for you to purchase Exelon common stock at a discount from the market price.
