Registration involves providing us with information on your company that will allow us to better understand the nature and scope of the goods and services you sell. Registration is free, and only takes a few minutes. Once registered, your company information will be placed into a Sourcing Database with that of other suppliers.
Periodically, registered suppliers will receive emails asking you to update or confirm the data we have on file for your company. Your company information will be kept on file indefinitely, provided you update and revise that information independently or when requested to do so via email.
When the need to purchase Materials or Services arises, our buyers can search our Sourcing Database to identify vendors whose offerings match our needs and selection criteria. If you are identified as a potential match, you may be requested to provide additional information, or provide a Proposal or Quotation in response to a formal solicitation.
Please note that no promise of a contract(s) is implied by being registered. The award of a contract(s) follows Exelon’s established procedures for competitive bidding, evaluation, and negotiation. The steps in the competitive bidding process include a thorough financial and quality assurance evaluation to ensure suitability with Exelon’s standards of excellence.
