BRACEVILLE, Ill. (Sept. 16, 2008) - Exelon will host its next Community Information Night on Thursday, Sept. 25. The information night will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. at Cinder Ridge Golf Course, 24801 Lakepoint Drive, Wilmington.

Exelon representatives, technical experts and officials from various agencies - including the Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, and Illinois Emergency Management Agency - will be on hand to provide information and answer questions on a one-on-one basis with attendees about the operation of Braidwood Station and the ongoing remediation of tritium in groundwater.

Guests can visit various tables with information pertaining to the plant’s operations, including a table explaining the Braidwood Station’s Radiation Protection department.
