Colver is located in Colver, Pennsylvania. The plant's one unit is fueled by waste coal. Exelon Power owns 25 percent (25.5 megawatts) of the stations’ capacity. The station’s full capacity is 102 MW.

First Energy purchases 100% of Colver's output.  Exelon Power operates the facility and owns 25% (25.5 megawatts) of the station's capacity.  The station’s full capacity is 102 MW.  Exelon added the ownership interest and operations of Colver to its portfolio in 2012 as part of the company’s merger with Constellation. 

Emergency Planning

All Exelon facilities employ sophisticated emergency response plans to protect public health and safety.  These plans are reviewed and approved by state governments and regulatory agencies.  The emergency planning includes coordination with local counties, municipalities and school districts.
