 The Board of Directors of Exelon Corporation declared a regular quarterly dividend 

 

CHICAGO — The Board of Directors of Exelon Corporation declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.31 per share on Exelon’s common stock. This amount reflects the changes to the dividend policy announced previously and approved by the board in the first quarter of 2013. The dividend is payable on June 10, 2013, to shareholders of record of Exelon as of 5:00 p.m. New York Time on May 15, 2013.
