 Exelon's PECO Declares Dividends on Preferred Stock 

 Directors of PECO Energy Company have declared dividends on all series of preferred stock 


PHILADELPHIA – Directors of PECO Energy Company have declared dividends on all series of preferred stock, payable Nov. 1, 2012, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Sept. 28, 2012, as follows:
