ComEd also offers the following bill payment options:

Budget Billing Payment Plan Through this plan, your electricity costs are spread evenly over 12 months of payments. That means you won’t see higher bills during the winter heating season. ComEd will review your account periodically to make sure that the amount you pay is sufficient to meet the amount of energy you use throughout the year. At the end of one year, you have the option of applying any credit or debit amount to the next month’s bill.

Automatic Payment Plan  You can have your payment deducted electronically from your bank account each month on the due date. Your ComEd statement will arrive 21 days before your payment is deducted so you can track your energy use and bill amount.

Credit Card, Debit Card or Electronic Check  You can pay your bill instantly by phone using your credit card, debit card or checking account.
